The maiden vintage 2005 as well as the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc were produced solely from grapes grown on the farm. The grapes were vinified by award-winning winemaker John Loubser of neighbouring Steenberg Estate, renowned for their highly acclaimed Steenberg Reserve Sauvignon Blanc.

The 2005 and 2006 Sauvignon Blanc show a clear "fingerprint". Intense varietal characteristics define this classically-formed Constantia Sauvignon Blanc, in which tropical fruit is integrated with intense minerality.
